1987 Porsch 962C Chassis no. 962-008. Starting as the No 17 'werks' Rothmans car in 1987 this car had several 2nd and 3rd place finishes driven by Bell/Stuck then the car was sold to Vern Schuppan just before the '87 Le Mans race. It won the pole position but did not finish. It was driven by the Andretti Family in 1988 Le Mans as the Shell-Dunlap No. 19 car and placed 6th. Then it finished the year wich 3 more races placing in the top 5 for each. |
