Bearing Cover and Outer Rubber Bushing

• The Bearing cover is fine. They can develop severe rust damage.
• You can see shiny spots on the bearing cover where it was rubbing against the spring plate. The rubber bushings are not doing their jobs.
• Notice that the rubber bushing is permanently distorted with the center hole offset from the outer.
