Showing Clutch Cable

This view was taken from floor level behind the right rear tire. To adjust the clutch cable:
  • Untighten the outer nut while holding the inner.
  • Usually the the clutch engages too quick. In this case, the inner ferule needs to be tightened.
  • Try no more than one full turn for the adjustment.
  • Retighten the outer to secure.
  • Test and redo as required.
