Sacrificing Old Shift Lever
This picture shows part of the process to use the old shift knob on
the new short shifter.
- The original shift knob screwed on to the shift lever.
- The new shift lever is designed for a press-on knob.
- Here we are cutting the end off the original shift lever.
- We will attach this end to the new shift lever.
