  • Deep sump at the bottom. It provides additional oil for more cooling.
  • The exhaust system is held on to the J tubes with springs. Washers were welded on to the exhaust tubing to provide end points for the springs.
  • The push rod tube extend into the engine further than normal in oder to limit the amount of oil that can flow down them under hard cornering.
  • The connection points for the external oil come off the third piece of the engine case.
