Lodi Concours Yosemite Region 2000

Both Rick and I took pictures at the event. Here are many of mine.
652-849-16 There were about 20 cars at this show, but no 912 models.
652-849-15 The only early 900 series car was the 1965 911 owned by spectator Patrick Dickman.
652-849-14 Patrick's 911 would need a lot of work to bring it to concours condition including an engine rebuild. He is considering a total restoration.
652-849-18 A very nice 914-6 with the owner in the background. The car is very authentic. Only those parts that could be purchased from the factory are chosen.
652-849-19 The wheels are not original on this car but were available as options when it was new.
652-849-17 Here is Rick as photographer shooting a very nice late 356 owned by Greg Schroeder of Modesto. It was Greg's father's car, and is therefore an original owner car, never being restored, only maintained an driven.
652-849-20 1972 911T engine bay. This car has many customized features and is beautifully prepared.

It belongs to Phil Lawrence out of Sacramento Valley Region. He is the original owner of the car, purchasing and picking it up in Germany while in the service. He raced it in Europe before retuning to the States.
652-849-21 A 1952 356A Coupe, similar to the first Porsche I ever saw in the mid 50s in a Lincoln, Nebraska used car lot.

This is Tom Krugman's car which was originally purchased and delivered in Europe, raced in the Mid West for a few years, and found its way to California. It languished outdoors at a salvage yard in San Diego from 1974 to 1991, when it began an 8-year full rotisserie restoration. Tom purchased and finished it in 1999, and has driven it about 6700 mile since.
