Rear Speaker

• Outside dimensions of the box are 7 in high, 7 in across, 11 in at the back and 15 in at the front to fit in the rear seating area foot space.
• Speakers are 5 in. x 7 in.Infinity Reference series 5752cf which did not come with grills, so I fabricated my own out of steel mesh from the hardware store.
• The boxes are fully enclosed - no ports. I have no idea how this affects the frequency response, but it can not be optimum.
• They sound great to my old ears.
• The material was 3/4 in. plywood. The little foot at the front is because the floor area is sloped and this makes the speaker stand upright.
