914-6 GT There were 32 factory built 914-6, 14 raced by the factory and the rest made for customers. This GT was raced in Europe by the Kremer brothers. FIA group 4 events, 1970-1971. The car is owned by Llew Kinst and has been restored by Llew and his fother after it was converted to twin turbo and raced in Southern California.  After the restoration it raced HSMHA and the Monterey Historics in 1998 for the Porsche 50th anniversary celebration.  Here is an interesting link on the 914/6 GT. |
