1957 Carrera Coupe

Introduced at the Frankfurt show in 1955, a Fuhrman 4 cam engine was placed in a 356A body and the series was named 'Carrera' after the Mecican road race. The engine has a dry sump lubrication system with the tank in the in the left fender behind the wheel. The curb weight increased by 105 lbs. mostly behind the rear wheels.
