• Note the blue mark referred to in the notes with the picture of the end of the half shaft before cleaning.
• The large ball bearings fit into the grooves.
• Note the worn grooves that the balls have made. These are the shiny spots plainly visible at the bottom center of each groove.
• The CV joints must be replaced.
