Half Shaft Removal

• If the hand brake is off the shaft can be rotated to provide a good angle for the wrench.
• The socket heads were filled with dirt. I used a small screwdriver to clean them enough for th socket wrench.
• Break the socket head bolts loose using a 3/8 in. drive wrench.
• The original bolts on my car were 5 mm Allen hex.
• A break bar on the lug bolts can act to counter the force.
